We propose our services for a lump sum fee of $30,000. Invoices will be made monthly on a percent complete basis. Note that this is an additional cost to our scope of work described in our proposal letter to you dated July 26, 2022 (revised September 9, 2022). All other terms of our services are as described in our July 26, 2022 letter to you. Upon completion of Phase I Items 1-3 noted above, we will provide West Orange our proposal for Phase II to complete the MS4 Geodatabase development.
