AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER www.westorange.org 268-22 October 25, 2022 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 the Township received re-bids for the contract “2022- 2023 Snow Plowing, Salting, Removal and Snow Hauling” from one contractor: Grabowski Construction, Inc. of 770 Northfield Avenue, West Orange; and WHEREAS, the Municipal Engineer by letter dated October 5, 2022 recommends the award of certain re-bid and the rejection of others; and WHEREAS, the Municipal Engineer recommends the following award of contracts per the attached Schedule A; and WHEREAS, funding for this service is available in the 2022 operating budget and will be available in the 2023 operating budget; and WHEREAS, the Township Council concurs in the foregoing. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that a contract be awarded for plowing and salting routes to Grabowski Construction, Inc. of 770 Northfield Avenue, West Orange, NJ as per the attached Schedule A.
