271-22 October 25, 2022 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, ED Arborist and Foresters (“EAF”) of 976 Old School House Road, Blairstown, NJ 07825 responded to the Township of West Orange’s Request for Qualifications pursuant to a fair and open process for Professional Consulting Services as a New Jersey Licensed Tree Expert or Arboriculture Approved Arborist for services within public property in the Township; and WHEREAS, the Township’s Tree Protection and Removal Ordinance is administered by the Officer who shall have the status of New Jersey Approved Forester, Licensed Tree Expert or Arborist approved by the International Society of Arboriculture; and WHEREAS, Evan Dilluvio, Proprietor of EAF, is a Licensed Tree Expert and Arborist; and WHEREAS, EAF agrees to provide forestry services for the remainder of the calendar year 2022 in an amount not to exceed $17,500.00, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement annexed hereto as Exhibit “A” for services on public property and public rights of way for calendar year 2022. NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute an agreement, in the form annexed hereto, to retain ED Arborist and Foresters to provide forestry services to the Township on the terms and conditions set forth therein; and it is further RESOLVED that notice of this award shall be available in the Clerk’s office in accordance with applicable law.
