(SCE) is pleased to provide the following contract amendment to the Township of West Orange (Township) for additional survey services associated with the Wigwam Brook Tributary Stream Analysis, located in the Township of West Orange, County of Essex, State of New Jersey. Scope of Services SCE will prepare detailed channel section views for use in a HEC-RAS analysis. The section views will show the elevation profiles for the stream bank, bottom of the bridge deck and top of parapet/railings (where applicable) as well as the projection of the crown of the road. Seven (7) total section views will be created, two (2) each at the upstream and downstream faces of the culvert under Bloomfield Way, the bridge at the #10 Bloomfield Way driveway and the bridge at the #8 Bloomfield Way driveway, as well as the culvert where the Wigwam Brook Tributary flows into the 42-inch diameter pipe. Stationing along the stream centerline alignment will also be denoted for each section view. The geometry of each section view will be annotated, including widths, heights and pipe diameters. Spot elevations will be included as necessary. Any obstructions or features immediately adjacent to or underneath said bridges and culverts such as wing walls, trash racks, piers, and parapets will also be graphically shown and located with stationing and offset. The location of each section view will be denoted by stationing and offsets along the stream centerline.

SCE-P13055.011 Contract Amendment #1 October 7, 2022 2 Fee Proposal SCE proposes to provide the above referenced scope of services for a Lump Sum Fee of $2,500. Invoicing for this project will remain in accordance with our current contract. General Conditions of Services All additional services will be provided in accordance with our prevailing contract and terms and conditions set forth in the Original Agreement and Original General Conditions of Service between SCE and the Client for this project. If this contract amendment meets with your approval, please sign below and return one (1) copy to my office. We shall consider an appropriately executed copy of this letter as our formal authorization to proceed. Please note that the fees stated in this contract amendment are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of this correspondence. Please note that all terms, conditions, billing schedule and fee structures will remain in accordance with our current contract to date.
