1 704-22 October 25, 2022 RESOLUTION OF THE WEST ORANGE TOWNSHIP ABC BOARD RESOLUTION RENEWING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE RETAIL CONSUMPTION LICENSE #0722-33-068-016, WILSHIRE HOSPITALITY SERVICES, LLC t/a WILSHIRE CATERING (Pocket), FOR THE 2022-2023 TERM AND TO ISSUE A NEW LICENSE PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.18 WHEREAS, Wilshire Hospitality Services, LLC t/a Wilshire Catering (Pocket) paid its Municipal Licensing Fee for the 2021-2022 Term, but failed to properly pay the State Fee on the ABC POSSE System; and WHEREAS, the West Orange Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control renewed said License by Resolution dated June 22, 2021, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “A”; and WHEREAS, the Board rescinded the Renewal by Resolution dated June 28, 2022, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “B”; and WHEREAS, the Licensee subsequently filed and Application for a new License pursuant to N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.18 and a request to renew an inactive License (Pocket) pursuant to N.J.S.A. 33:1-12.39; and WHEREAS, the Licensee received a Special Ruling from the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, James B. Graziano, on August 17, 2022; and WHEREAS, the Licensee filed a new 12 Page Application for a new License and advertised said request; and WHEREAS, the requirements for a new License pursuant to N.J.S.A. 33:12.18 and for the renewal of said License pursuant to N.J.S.A. 33:1-39 have been met.

2 IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE SITTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS THE WEST ORANGE TOWNSHIP ABC BOARD, THAT: 1. The Township shall accept and process the request for the renewal of the inactive License for the 2021-2022 term and for a new License for the 2021- 2022 term and shall further issue the renewal of the License for the 2022- 2023 Term. 2.
