287-22 October 25, 2022 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, on April 26, 2022, Purchaser, West Orange Senior Housing Urban Renewal, LLC and the Township entered into an Agreement of Sale and Purchase of a portion of Block 68, Lot 1 (“Original Agreement”); and WHEREAS, on July 26, 2022, Purchaser and Seller entered into an amendment to the Original Agreement (“Amended Agreement”); and WHEREAS, Purchaser and Seller have agreed it is to their mutual benefit to further amend the Amended Agreement; NOW HEREBY BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE that the proposed Second Addendum to the Agreement be and is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute the Addendum and the Municipal Clerk may attest to the Mayor’s signature. Karen J.
