2387-13 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 7, TRAFFIC, SUBSECTION 7-10.1, STOPPING OR STANDING PROHIBITED DURING CERTAIN HOURS ON CERTAIN STREETS, SUBSECTION 7-14.3, PARKING TIME LIMITED ON CERTAIN STREETS DURING CERTAIN HOURS OF CERTAIN DAYS AND SUBSECTION 7-25, LOADING ZONES, OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE BE It ORDAINED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, State of New Jersey as follows: Section 1. Subsection 7-10.1, Stopping or Standing Prohibited During Certain Hours on Certain Streets, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange is hereby supplemented and amended as follows (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition): Name of Street Sides Hours Location Stanford Avenue North All From the westerly curbline of Pleasant Valley Way to a point 68 feet westerly. Stanford Avenue North All Beginning 180 feet westerly of the westerly curbline of Pleasant Valley Way and extending 178 feet westerly. Stanford Avenue North All From the westerly curbline of Pleasant Valley Way to a point 73 feet westerly. Stanford Avenue North All Beginning 238 feet

Subsection 7-14.3, Parking Time Limited on Certain Streets During Certain Hours of Certain Days, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange is hereby supplemented and amended as follows (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition):

Section 3. Subsection 7-25, Loading Zones, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange is hereby supplemented and amended as follows (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition): Street Hours/Days Sides Location Stanford Avenue School Days, North Beginning 73 feet west of 8:00 a.m. the westerly curbline of to Pleasant Valley Way and 4:00 p.m. extending 165 feet westerly. Section 4. If any provision of this Ordinance or application thereof, under any circumstances, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not effect any other provisions or applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect without the invalid provision(s) or application(s) and to this end the provisions of this Ordinance are severable. Section 5. All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 6.
