303-22 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, 44 Washington Street WO, LLC pursuant to their Planning Board approval for Block 118, Lot 40 known as 44 Washington Street posted a Performance Bond No. B1224391 issued by Selective Insurance Company of America in the amount of $280,705.00; and WHEREAS, by Deed recorded with the Essex County Register on March 15, 2022, 44 Washington Street WO, LLC conveyed their fee interest in Block 118, Lot 40 to Zekrob Properties, Inc.; WHEREAS, Zekob Properties posted a performance Bond in the amount of $280,705.00 to satisfy the Planning Board approval of May 1, 2019; and WHEREAS, the Performance Bond of 44 Washington Street WO, LLC may be released; and WHEREAS, the Municipal Engineer and Township Council concur in the foregoing. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Bond No. B1224391 issued by Selective Insurance Company of America in the amount of $280,705.00 be released. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a Certified Copy of this Resolution sent by Certified Mail to 44 Washington Street WO, LLC c/o Lawrence Cutalo, O’Toole Scrivo, 14 Village Park Road, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009.
