17-23 Correcting Resolution 330-22-Contract for Municipal Building Interior Improvements Repairs Phase I to VMF Co.pdf

17-23 January 10, 2023 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, on December 20, 2022, the Township Council for the Township of West Orange (“Township”) adopted Resolution 330-22 which authorized the award of a contract to VMF Construction to provide improvements and repairs to the Township Municipal Building at 66 Main Street annexed hereto as Exhibit “A;” and WHEREAS, Resolution 330-22 contained a typographical error as to the amount of the base bid submitted by VMF Construction which should have read “VMF Construction - $275,000 base bid, $50,000 additional alternate bid;” rather than, “VMF Construction - $274,000 base bid, $50,000 additional alternate bid” which was set forth in the body of the resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Township corrects Resolution 330-22 to reflect the corrected amount of VMF Construction’s base bid.
