4-24 January 9, 2024 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, on May 2, 2023, the Township Council for the Township of West Orange (the “Township”) adopted Resolution #169-23 which authorized the execution of a professional services agreement the hiring of Courtney Reinisch, DNP, RN, APN-C, FNP-BC, DCC, a licensed nurse practitioner of the State of New Jersey (the “Reinisch”) as a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide consulting and supervisory services for the Township following the award of a grant from the New Jersey Association of County and City Health Officials (the “NJACCHO”) called the Enhancing Local Public Health Infrastructure Grant (the “Grant”) which, in part funded Ms. Reinisch’s retention; and WHEREAS, on the Professional Services Agreement with Ms. Reinisch (the “Agreement”), annexed hereto as Exhibit “A,” provides for a total annual rate of $24,960; and WHEREAS, on August 1, 2023, the Township received additional Grant Funding from the NJACCHO which included an additional $14,400 for the services provided under the Agreement, a copy of the letter from the NJACCHO regarding the additional Grant funds is annexed hereto as Exhibit “B.” NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Township authorizes the increase of the annual rate in the Agreement with Ms. Reinisch by an additional $14,400 for the remainder of the term of the Agreement; RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall be available in the Clerk’s office in accordance with applicable law.
