732-24 January 9, 2024 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Misty’s Restaurant and Bar, Inc., 0722-33-006-009, has paid all license renewal fees, received special ruling on July 18, 2023 for the 2023/24 license term and submitted the appropriate application to renew for the 2023-2024 license term; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Township of West Orange ABC Board on January 9, 2024 and no one appeared in opposition to the license renewal. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Township of West Orange ABC Board wishes to renew the following alcoholic beverage license set forth having met all requirements for the 2023-2024 license term.
