733-24 January 23, 2024 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Wilshire Caterer, LLC is the holder of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0722-33-048-013; and WHEREAS, Wilshire Caterers NJ, LLC has made an application for a Person-to-Person Transfer for the above-mentioned license to be located at, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange; and WHEREAS, the principal has been investigated by the Township Police Department with no impediments to an interest in an alcoholic beverage license; and WHEREAS, due notice of the proposed transfer was published in the West Orange Chronicle on December 7, 2023 and December 14, 2023 and appropriate fees have been paid by the applicant; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on January 23, 2024 and no one appeared in opposition thereto; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Township Council of the Township of West Orange hereby authorizes the Person-to-Person Transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0722-33-048-013, from Wilshire Caterer, LLC, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, to Wilshire Caterers NJ, LLC, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange is hereby approved. ______________________________________ __________________________________ Karen J.
