76-24 February 27, 2024 RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL RESPONSES TO THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CANNABIS CONSULTANT WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange (the “Township”) issued a Request for Bid Proposal for the award of a Contract for a cannabis consultant (the “Agreement” or the “Contract”); and WHEREAS, four (4) sealed bids were received and opened by the Township on November 17,2023; and WHEREAS, the Township Council hereby rejects the bids received as none of the bids were awarded by resolution of the governing body of the contracting unit within 60-days pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.5(e), and NOW BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Township of West Orange that all bids received on November 17, 2023 for cannabis consulting be hereby are REJECTED.
