735-24 February 27, 2024 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, Castle Rock Bar & Grill, LLC is the holder of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0722-33-013-002; and WHEREAS, Castle Rock Bar & Grill, LLC has made an application for a Place-to-Place Transfer for the above-mentioned license, currently held in pocket status; and WHEREAS, the principal has been investigated by the Township Police Department with no impediments to an interest in an alcoholic beverage license; and WHEREAS, due notice of the proposed transfer was published in the West Orange Chronicle on February 1, 2024 and February 8, 2024 and appropriate fees have been paid by the applicant; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted on February 27, 2024 and no one appeared in opposition thereto; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Township Council of the Township of West Orange hereby authorizes the Place-to-Place Transfer of Plenary Retail Consumption License No. 0722- 33-013-002, on behalf of Castle Rock Bar & Grill, LLC t/a Castle Rock Bar & Grill and is hereby approved. ______________________________________ __________________________________ Karen J.
