NEGLIA Section 4 Previous Experience Neglia Group provides review, design, and construction management services for municipalities across Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic, and Union Counties. Please see that we have provided the information regarding our experience in the tables, so that your municipality may refer to the information that you see fit. Table 1 highlights our long-term clients whom we serve on the Planning and Zoning Boards. Table 2 is a partial list of our County, Agency, Municipality and Authority clients. Table 3, we tailored our references to include individuals from municipalities who we are in daily communications with and will gladly provide a reference on our behalf.
