Marketing Services The markets for compost and mulch are many and include: florist, garden supply stores, golf courses, governmental agencies, greenhouse growers, landscapers, soil vendors, nurseries, "private and public parks, highway maintenance contractors, the general public, civic’ groups, etc. The Company has a customer base of over 500 end-users of the product. Aggressive marketing techniques, educational programs, and legislative initiative are insuring demand for the product produced and will facilitate a successful operation. The uses for the product include the following: fertilizer supplement, soil aeration, top dressing, new athletic fields, growing medium, moisture retention, erosion repair, decorative cover, slope stabilization and land reclamation. The greatest demand for the product is in growing suburban areas. The product is sold in the marketplace as a soil amendment for outdoor applications. The compost is presently sold in bags and bulk form. Educating the public about the benefits of using yard waste compost and mulch is a key tsk to increasing the demand for the product, While the benefits of adding fertilizers to soil is believed to be widely understood by the general public, soil amendments, suchas yard waste compost, are not recognized as being as beneficial. Thus, an education program, designed to increase demand for, yard waste compost has been designed that clearly states the importance of adding organic material to soils, in addition to nutrients, Overall, the product improves the physical, chemical, and biological properties of soils. It serves primarily as an organic amendment and a soil conditioner.

SCOPE OF WORK All work to be performed shall be in accordance to N.J.A.C. 7:26A-1.4 - Exempt Class 3 and C Facilities. Any material that is over the amount indicated therein as allowed will be transferred to one of the Reliable Wood Product or an affiliate facility listed in this Proposal. Specific operations will be perform as indicated and are subject lo acceptance by Township of West Orange authorized personnel

FIRE CONTROL PLAN A. Location: West Orange Recycling Center is a NJDEP Class A, B and C exempt recycling facility located at 590 Mount Pleasant Avenue, West Orange NJ 07052 B. Response Time: © Emergency Calls are handled through the West Orange Police Dispatch Phone#911 which is manned 24 hours a day. e West Orange Police response time is about 10 minutes from Police Headquarters or faster if there is a patrol car in the area. ¢ The facility is served by the following firehouse: 280 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ the response time is 10 Minutes to the facility. Phone #911 c. Fire Prevention: ¢ The facility gate will be secured to limit unauthorized entry to the storage areas. Authorized Bridgewater personnel will have 24/7 access to the facility * The equipment will be maintained and operated in a safe and careful manner. e The facility personnel will participate in safety instruction and exercises. Safety training will occur on a bi-annual basis and when new employees are hired. ¢ Smoking will be prohibited. No smoking signs will be maintained on site. e Vehicle traffic will be limited in the wood storage areas. e No flammable or combustible materials will be stored near the wood storage area. e Fire extinguishers will be maintained and available in the proximity to the wood and other combustible materials area. Each piece of equipment on site will have a minimum of a 20lb ABC type fire extinguisher and two of the same type extinguishers will be kept 1 each in the maintenance trailer and the office. Bond No. 873944 Bid Bond KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that we _Nature’s Choice NJ, LLC the Principal, and, Evergreen National Indemnity Company, 6150 Oak Tree Boulevard Suite 440, Independence, OH 44131, the Surety, are hereby bound unto Township of West Orange, 66 Main St., West Orange, NJ 07052 the Obligee, in the penal sum of Ten Percent of the Total Price Bid; Not to Exceed Twenty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars (10% TPB; NTE $20,000.00) the payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, jointly and severally, by these presents. WHEREAS, the Principal is herewith submitting a bid or proposal for Operation of the Township of West Orange Recycling Center, 590 Mt Pleasant Ave, West Orange, NJ for Class B Exempt Woods Class C, Exempt Compost Operation and the Recycling Convenience Center for Electronics, Scrap Metal, Tires and Class A Recyclable Materials. NOW, THEREFORE, the condition of this obligation is that if the Principal shall be awarded the contract and the Obligee shall so notify the Surety, and if within the period specified in the contract, or if no period be specified, within twenty (20) days after the Principal's receipt of notice of award, the Principal enters into a contract and gives bond for the faithful performance of the contract, then this obligation shall be null and void; otherwise, the same shall remain in full force and effect; it being expressly understood and agreed that the liability of the Surety for any and all claims hereunder shall, in no event, exceed the penal amount of this obligation as herein stated. If the Obligee makes no award within (90) days of the execution date hereof, then this bond shall be null and void unless extended by written consent of Surety. No liability of the Surety shall arise hereunder unless and until the Obligee delivers written notice of a claim to the Surety. Said notification must be sent within fifteen (15) days after the alleged breach giving rise to such claim; and no suit under this bond by or for the benefit of the Obligee may be instituted sooner than thirty (30) days or later than ninety (90) days after the Surety receives such notice.
