Randall T. Arnold Biography Randall (Randy) T. Arnold has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Compost 360 Acquisition, LLC and Secretary for Natures Choice NJ, LLC, and its related entities since August 2023. Prior to his current role, Mr. Arnold was sole / managing member of A3M Trucking, LLC for the period 2021 — 2023 providing logistical and infrastructure development consulting services to private companies. Mr. Arnold previously served as Senior Vice President (SVP) for Advanced Disposal Service, Inc. for the period 2006 — 2021. Advanced Disposal was a solid waste and recycling company with $1.5B in annual revenue. Advanced was private until its’ initial public offering in 2016. Mr. Arnold’s roles with Advanced were broad in scope and included strategic oversight of the company’s landfill operations, compost facilities, transfer stations, material recovery facilities (MRF’s), and collection services lines of business. Mr. Arnold participated extensively in the company’s capital management, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A), Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) and Best Management Practices (BMP) programs. Prior to Advanced Disposal, Mr. Arnold served in leadership roles for Allied Waste Industries (dba Browning Ferris Industries) including interim Assistant Region Vice President, District Manager and Area Operations Manager. Randy’s experience includes tenure with Waste Management, Inc. performing duties as a Division President and Region Director of Operations. He began his career in the solid waste and recycling industry in 1991 following his graduation from the University of Alabama with a degree in business management.

Eddie DePaz (General Manager) Eddie is responsible for all operations for Nature’s Choice Corporation/Reliable Wood Products facilities including company transportation scheduling deliveries in company owned trucks or trucks of independent owner operators to inter-site transfers. He is familiar with state and federal regulations. Eddie has been employed by Nature’s Choice /Reliable Wood Products for 25 years and is familiar with all aspects of the business operations. All of Eddie’s skills were developed from the ground up and within the recycling business. He speaks Spanish and English fluently and is familiar with are bagged topsoil, compost, and mulch as well as bulk deliveries of those products.

Mike Mitchell- West Orange Exempt Class B &C Site Manager Mike has been the West Orange recycling facility manager since March of 2008 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility. Prior to his present position Mike was the manager of Nature’s Choice ‘s / Reliable Woods Class B recycling facility in Cranbury NJ. He has over 17 years of recycling facility management experience including the marketing and recycling of Class A materials ( i.e. co- mingle plastics , co-mingle glass , paper, card board, tires etc.). Mike is also in charge of running the Convenience Center at the West Orange Facility making sure all residents can recycle in safe secure environment and has completed the Compost Operators Certification Coarse.

Alex Badamo (Equipment Manager) Alex is a veteran of the Navy and is a retired Fire Fighter from the Township of Hoboken. He is responsible for all equipment condition, operation, and maintenance records and reporting. Alex is experienced in the most efficient use of equipment by maintaining equipment operating conditions at each facility to maximize production and quality. His career as a professional firefighter is invaluable in monitoring and remediating storage pile conditions when spontaneous combustion of chip sand wood piles area at its highest potential. Alex is also familiar with producing different products, including dyed mulches, compost, and topsoil blended to specification. (resume attached)
