300-24 October 29, 2024 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COLLECTOR OF TAXES TO REFUND PAYMENT TO THE ATTORNEY OF THE LISTED TAXPAYER DUE TO AN OVERPAYMENT OF TAXES DUE TO A COUNTY BOARD JUDGMENT WHEREAS, certain West Orange property owner has filed a successful County Board Judgment for year 2024. WHEREAS, such West Orange property owners have over paid taxes for the year 2024; and Property owners are entitled to a refund to the extent of such overpayment; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Tax Collector and the Treasurer of the Township of West Orange be and they are hereby authorized, empowered and directed to cause to be paid to the attorney on the attached list sums in full and final satisfaction of the overpayment of the 2024 taxes.
