327-24 December 10, 2024 R E S O L U T I O N BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, County of Essex, State of New Jersey, that the contract for 2024 TREE PLANTING AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS in the Township of West Orange be awarded to: Frank Galbraith & Son Excavation and Demolition, LLC 831 Raritan Rd Scotch Plains, NJ 07076 who submitted the lowest responsive bid for supplying 248 trees of 18 different species along with 57 root barriers. Along with all the requirements of the Bid Specifications in the amount of $142,130.00; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Certified Checks and/or Bid Bonds of all except the lowest responsive bidder be forthwith returned.
