43-25 January 28, 2025 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange requests Professional Land Surveying Services for the West Orange Rock Spring Golf Course to fulfill the requirements of NJDEP the Green Acres Program; and WHEREAS, for the West Orange Rock Spring Golf Course, the Township requires the services of a professional land surveying firm; and WHEREAS, the Township Engineer prepared a Request for Proposals dated January 7, 2025 for these professional services; and WHEREAS, the Township Engineer solicited a proposals from five professional land surveying firms; and WHEREAS, E2 Project Management, LLC., responded to the Request for Proposal; and WHEREAS, E2 Project Management, LLC., has performed similar work for the Township on other projects including the Rock Spring Golf Course; and WHEREAS, by letter dated January 21, 2025, the Township Engineer recommended a professional services contract be awarded to E2 Project Management, LLC., 87 Hibernia Avenue, Rockaway, NJ 07866, for Professional Land Surveying Services associated with the West Orange Rock Spring Golf Course Green Acres Survey; and WHEREAS, sufficient funds exist for the services outlined in the proposal of E2 Project Management, LLC.; and WHEREAS, the Township Council concurs in the foregoing. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, New Jersey that a professional services contract be awarded to E2 Project

Management, LLC., to provide professional land surveying services for the West Orang Rock Spring Golf Course Green Acres Survey in the amount not to exceed $62,990.00. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be published in the West Orange Chronicle within ten (10) days of its approval as required by State Statute. Karen J. Carnevale, R.M.C.
