2901-25 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 4-6, DRUG-FREE SCHOOL ZONES, SUBSECTION 4-6.2, ADOPTION OF DIRECTIVE AND SCHEMATIC MAPS, OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, State of New Jersey as follows: Section 1. Subsection 4-6.2, Adoption of Directive and Schematic Maps, of the Revised General Ordinance of the Township of West Orange is hereby supplemented and amended as follows (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition): School Address #15. Liberty Middle School 1 Kelly Drive #16. Golda Och Academy Upper Campus 1418 Pleasant Valley Way The following schools have changed names, and should be amended as follows (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition): Former Name Current Name #5. Solomon Schechter School Golda Och Academy Lower Campus #8. Pleasantdale Elementary School Kelly Elementary School #11. Our Lady of Lourdes School Mount Carmel Guild Academy #12. Saint Joseph’s School Fedcap School Section 2. If any provisions of this Ordinance or application thereof, under any circumstances, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any other provisions or applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect without the invalid provision(s) or application(s) and to this end the provisions of this Ordinance are severable. Section 3. All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.

Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication in accordance with law and upon the approval by Resolution of the Essex County Board of Chosen Freeholders.
