Any issues regarding patch management will be addressed utilizing a block of 60 pre-purchased hours (Invoiced quarterly). Server only monitoring (up to 8 physical or virtual servers) will also be included. We only recommend updates to Windows servers that are critical updates, service packs, or cumulative update packages. Patches need to be approved by all the software vendors prior to implementation as there may be compatibility issues. These will be installed during a pre-determined downtime window, utilizing the block of 60 pre-purchased hours.
