2923-25 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 7, TRAFFIC, SUBSECTION 7-37.1b MUNICIPAL PARKING YARDS; METERED PARKING, PERMIT PARKING, TIME LIMITED PARKING OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, State of New Jersey as follows: Section 1. Section 2. If any provisions of this Ordinance or application thereof, under any circumstances, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any of the provisions or applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect without the valid provision(s) or application and to this end, the provisions of this Ordinance are severable. Section 3. All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 4. 2923-25 LEGISLATIVE HISTORY This Ordinance amends and updates the previous list of Municipal Parking Yards to reflect various changes that have occurred since the last update. During the last revision of the Township Tax Maps, some lots were consolidated under one lot. The West Orange Library changed locations. Other addresses were changed to reflect the address listings of the Township Tax Assessor property list.
