773-25 June 24, 2025 RESOLUTION OF THE WEST ORANGE TOWNSHIP ABC BOARD RESOLUTION RESCINDING IN PART ABC RESOLUTION NO. 765-25, REMOVING LICENSEE # 0722-33-060-009 WILSHIRE HOSPITALITY SERVICES II, LLC t/a WILSHIRE GRAND HOTEL AS A LICENSEE APPROVED FOR RENEWAL FOR THE 2025-26 LICENSE TERM FOR FAILURE TO PAY FEES TO THE STATE ABC and WEST ORANGE WHEREAS, May 20, 2025, the Clerk of the West Orange ABC Board, believing that NJ ABC Licensee #0722-33-060-009, WILSHIRE HOSPITALITY SERVICES II, LLC t/a WILSHIRE GRAND HOTEL, was qualified for renewal of said License for the 2025-26 License Term, believing all requirements had been met; and WHEREAS, that License was therefore included with others on West Orange Township ABC Board Resolution No. 765-25, adopted by the ABC Board at its regular meeting on May 20, 2025, renewing for the 2025-26 License Term those Licensees named in it; and WHEREAS, the Clerk having realized the licensee failed in fact to qualify for renewal in that the Licensee neglected to the fees to the State ABC and to the Township of West Orange for the 2025-26 renewal period, such failures and deficiencies requiring rescission of the Township’s annual approval for the 2025-26 License Term; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, SITTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS THE WEST ORANGE TOWNSHIP ABC BOARD, that the portion of West Orange Township ABC Resolution No. 765-25, listing License 0722-33-060-009 WILSHIRE HOSPITALITY SERVICES II, LLC t/a WILSHIRE GRAND HOTEL, as qualified for renewal and renewing said License for the 2025-26 License Term, is to that extent and that extent only, hereby rescinded, excising that Licensee from the list of those which were to be renewed for that License term, all in accordance with instructions received by and on behalf of the New Jersey ABC Licensing Bureau. ____________________________________ __________________________________ Karen J.
