If any provisions of this Ordinance or application thereof, under any circumstances, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect any of the provisions or applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect without the valid provision(s) or application and to this end, the provisions of the Ordinance are severable. Section 7. All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 8. 2933-25 LEGISLATIVE HISTORY The Ordinance, which amends the Traffic Regulations of the Township, updates the parking regulations on Franklin Avenue between Main Street and Cherry Street to allow more parking for the local residents, including those on the neighboring side streets. Accommodations were made to allow for snow plowing and weekly street cleaning and maintenance. These changes were made in response to local residents’ demand for more on street parking in this neighborhood and in part suggested by the recent Comprehensive Parking Study undertaken by Dynamic Traffic Engineering for the Township.
