191-25 August 12, 2025 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, CONSULTING AND MUNICIPAL ENGINEERS, LLC (“CME”) responded to the Township’s Request for Qualifications pursuant to a fair and open process for the award of a professional services agreement for Municipal Engineering Services (the “Contract”), through December 31, 2025; and WHEREAS, CME has agreed to provide Municipal Engineering Services for the remainder of the calendar year 2025 not to exceed $350,000, pursuant to the requirements, terms and conditions set forth in the professional services agreement annexed hereto as Attachment “A;” and NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute an agreement, in the form annexed hereto, to retain CME to provide Engineering Consulting Services for the Township on the terms and conditions set forth therein; and it is further RESOLVED that notice of this award shall be available in the Clerk’s office in accordance with applicable law.
