1 4906-8818-8522, v. 1 2938-25 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 SECTION 17.1 OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, NEW JERSEY that Chapter 3, Sections 17.1 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange be and are hereby is amended and/or supplemented in the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange, as follows: I. AMENDMENTS TO § 3-17.1. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS— PREPARATION Prior to introduction, each proposed ordinance requiring or permitting administrative action shall be submitted to the Business Administrator, Township Attorney and the department head concerned. Ordinances which revise or amend provisions of the West Orange Municipal Code shall be drafted in a manner showing the revisions or amendments being made to the Code. II. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES Any Ordinances of the Township in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. III. SEVERABILITY If any part of this Ordinance shall be deemed invalid, such parts shall be severed and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining parts of this Ordinance. IV.
