4935-2902-7184, v. 1 220-25 October 16, 2025 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, on September 19, 2023, the Township Council for the Township of West Orange (the “Township”) adopted Resolution 338-23 authorizing award of a contract to LensLock, Inc. with offices at 3550 Buschwood Park Drive, Suite 180, Tampa, Florida 33618 (“LensLock”) for the purchase of Body Worn Cameras and In-Car Camera Audio/Video Recording System as well as the retention of services related to the cameras and audio/video recording systems including redaction of videos, on-site repair and training; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement the retention of LensLock to perform services were at an annual rate of $71,604.80 paid from the Grant SY21 Body Worn Camera for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend the term for an additional one (1) year; and WHEREAS, the two (2) year term is set to expire on November 1, 2025; and WHEREAS, the Township seeks to exercise the third year of the Agreement. NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange hereby exercises the option to extend the term of the Agreement for an additional one-year period; and it is further RESOLVED that notice of this award shall be published and available in the Clerk’s office in accordance with applicable law.
