Attached is a summary spread sheet with each bidders prices. SJC Lawn Care has been rejected as not having a Public Works Contractors Certificate as required in the bid. SavATree pricing is too high, therefore shall not be awarded the contract.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this award is subject to the 2026 Budget Appropriation for contractual tree services and that the authorization to perform the work specified is contingent upon the execution of a valid purchase order between the Township and the vendor(s) prior to the commencement of the work.
