7-26 January 6, 2026 R E S O L U T I O N WHEREAS, for the Luddington Road – Sidewalk Panel Replacement Project, the Township requires the services of a professional civil engineering and land surveying firm; and WHEREAS, the Municipal Engineer prepared a Request for Proposals dated November 10, 2025 for Professional Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Construction Administration services for this project; and WHEREAS, the Municipal Engineer solicited a proposal from five professional civil engineering and land surveying firms; and WHEREAS, Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI), responded to the Request for Proposal; and WHEREAS, GPI responded to the Township’s Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Professional Services for 2025; and WHEREAS, by letter dated December 19, 2025, the Municipal Engineer recommended a professional services contract be awarded to Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. 301 Gibraltar Drive Suite 2A Morris Plains, N.J. 07950, for Professional Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Construction Administration Services associated with the Luddington Road – Sidewalk Panel Replacement Project; and WHEREAS, sufficient funds exist for the services outlined in the proposal of GPI; and WHEREAS, the Township Council concurs in the foregoing. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, New Jersey that a professional services contract be awarded to GPI, to provide professional Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Construction

Administration Services for the Luddington Road – Sidewalk Panel Replacement Project, in the amount not to exceed $59,940.00. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be published in the West Orange Chronicle within ten (10) days of its approval as required by State Statute. Karen J.
