Attached is a summary spread sheet with each bidder’s prices. SJC Lawn Care has been rejected as not having a Public Works Contractors Certificate as required in the bid. SavATree was not awarded as pricing was too high. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this award is subject to the 2026 Budget Appropriation for contractual tree services and that the authorization to perform the work specified is contingent upon the execution of a valid purchase order between the Township and the vendor(s) prior to the commencement of the work.
