196-26 July 21, 2026 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REFUND WHEREAS, on May 17, 2026, Sarah Xu, , West Orange, NJ 07052 provided a payment in the amount of $100.00; and WHEREAS, this amount represents payment for the swim lessons registration for and in the amount of $50.00 each; and WHEREAS, children could not participate in the swim lesson program due to scheduling issues; and WHEREAS, Ms. Xu is due a refund because she paid the swim lesson fees and the children are withdrawn from the swim lesson program; and WHEREAS, the Recreation Department is requesting a refund for Ms. Xu in the amount of $100.00; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the cost of the refund for Ms. Sarah Xu be returned to her at her residence, , West Orange, NJ in an amount of $100.00.
