206-26 July 21, 2026 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REFUND WHEREAS, on July 5, 2026, Fatisha Sanders, , West Orange, NJ 07052 provided a payment in the amount of $175.00; and WHEREAS, this amount represents payment for the summer basketball camp registration for her child in the amount of $175.00; and WHEREAS, child could not participate in the basketball camp program due to scheduling issues; and WHEREAS, Ms. Sanders is due a refund because she paid the basketball camp fee and the child is withdrawn from the program; and WHEREAS, the Recreation Department is requesting a refund for Ms. Sanders in the amount of $175.00; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the cost of the refund for Ms. Sanders be returned to her at her residence, , West Orange, NJ in an amount of $175.00.
