219-26 August 4, 2026 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REFUND WHEREAS, on July 21, 2026, Abdul Shaibu, West Orange, NJ 07052 provided a payment in the amount of $175.00; and WHEREAS, this amount represents payment for the summer basketball camp registration for their child in the amount of $175.00; and WHEREAS, child could not participate in the basketball camp program due to scheduling issues; and WHEREAS, Mr. Shaibu is due a refund because he paid the basketball camp fee and the child is withdrawn from the program; and WHEREAS, the Recreation Department is requesting a refund in the amount of $175.00; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the cost of the refund for Mr. Shaibu be returned at their residence, , West Orange, NJ in an amount of $175.00.
