242-26 September 1, 2026 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REFUND WHEREAS, on July 6, 2026, Rachel Tombari, a resident of West Orange, NJ 07052 provided a payment in the amount of $100.00 as a deposit of utilization of the Ginny Duenkel Pool for a pool party; and WHEREAS, Rachel Tombari is due a refund because party was cancelled due to weather; and WHEREAS, the Recreation Department is requesting a refund for Rachel Tombari in the amount of $100.00; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the cost of the refund for Rachel Tombari be returned to her at her residence in West Orange, NJ in an amount of $100.00.
