243-26 September 1, 2026 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REFUND WHEREAS, on July 10, 2026, Gini Mitchell, a resident of West Orange, NJ 07052 provided a payment in the amount of $40.00 for the morning adult water aerobics class; and WHEREAS, Ms. Mitchell had intended to register for the evening adult water aerobics class; and WHEREAS, Ms. Mitchell is a member of the Ginny Duenkel Pool and as such was not required to pay a fee for the evening adult water aerobics class; and WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange Recreation Department transferred Ms. Mitchell’s registration from the morning adult water aerobics class to the evening adult water aerobics class; and WHEREAS, Ms. Mitchell is due a refund in the amount of $40.00 due to registration of the incorrect program; and WHEREAS, the Recreation Department is requesting a refund for Gini Mitchell in the amount of $40.00; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the cost of the refund for Gini Mitchell be returned to her at her residence in West Orange, NJ in an amount of $40.00.
