262-26 September 29, 2026 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REFUND WHEREAS, on June 3, 2026, Mona Boewe, , West Orange, NJ 07052 provided a security deposit in the amount of $125.00 for the rental of Katz Community Center on September 12, 2026; and WHEREAS, a security deposit is returned following the rental of the Katz Community Center if it is determined that the rental agreement has been complied with and the condition of the hall is deemed satisfactory; and WHEREAS, Mona Boewe is due a refund because she has complied with the rental agreement and all conditions were satisfactorily met; and WHEREAS, the Recreation Department is requesting a refund for Mona Boewe in the amount of $125.00; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the cost of the security deposit for Katz Civic Center be returned Mona Boewe at her residence, , West Orange, NJ in an amount of $125.00.
