Conference Meeting — June 24, 2025 The Conference meeting began at 6:34 p.m., the Municipal Clerk read the following statement: This is to inform the general public that this meeting is being held in compliance with Section 5 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, Public Law 1975. At 9:29 p.m., on motion made by Council President Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Rudin, the Council entered into the ABC Hearing. All members present voting “Aye.” ABC Hearing Resolution 767-25 Hearing on Renewal for 2025-2026 License Term — Las Palmeras, Inc. 0722-33-045-005 (Special Conditions) Robert Williams, Esq. appearing on behalf of Las Palmeras, Inc. Kourtney Cooke, Esq., of Antonelli, Kantor, Rivera, PC, appearing on behalf of the Township. On motion made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, the above referenced resolution was approved. Councilwoman Rudin and Councilwoman Scarpa voting “Aye.” Council President Krakoviak abstained. Resolution 768-25 Hearing on Renewal for 2025-2026 License Term- LUX 123, LLC t/a South Valley Barbeque 0722-33- 009-012 (Special Conditions) On motion made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 769-25 REMOVED-No tax clearance Resolution 770-25 Hearing on Renewal for 2025-2026 License Term — 1920°s Road House, Inc. 0722-33-071-003 (Special Conditions) On motion made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, the above referenced resolution was approved. Resolution 772-25 Hearing on Renewal for 2025-2026 License Term- Huguitos Restaurant and Bar, LLC 0722-33-024-005 (Special Conditions) On motion made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, the above referenced resolution was approved. All members present voting “Aye.” Resolution 773-25 Resolution Rescinding in Part ABC Resolution No. 765-25, Removing Licensee No, 0722-33-060-009 Wilshire Hospitality Services Il, LLC T/A Wilshire Grand. Hotel as a Licensee Approved for Renewal for the 2025-26 License Term for Failure to Pay Fees to the State ABC and West Orange (Clerk) On motion made by Councilwoman Rudin and seconded by Council President Krakoviak, the above referenced resolution was approved. Resolution 775-25 Hearing on Renewal for Plenary Retail Consumption, Distribution and Club Licenses for the 2025-2026 License Term (Clerk) Resolution Subject to Change as Additional Licensees Pay their Fees Prior to the Meeting On motion made by Council President Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman Rudin, the above teferenced resolution was approved.
