Change Order No. 4 represents an increase of $113,947.13 and Change Order No. 5 represents a decrease of $9,117.35 for a net increase of $104,829.78 over the previously authorized amount of $1,744,152.15. hours required by traffic volumes and complex traffic patterns along the Main Street corridor at St. Mark's and Lourdes/Eagle Rock areas. i. 175-12 Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 3 with Conquest Industries, LLC, 32 Woodland Avenue, Westwood, NJ, authorizing an adjusted completion date of October 31, 2012 for the Downtown West Orange Streetscape and Traffic Improvement Program. The original completion date was October 25, 2011, and by Change Order No. 1 it was extended 30 days to November 24, 2011. This Project is funded by a Federal Earmark Grant administered by the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
