A Handicapped Parking Space on the Street will be established opposite 125 Elm Street, because there is no opportunity to park legally in front of or on the side of the residence due to other parking regulations. Because this space cannot be restricted to the resident, any person with a handicapped plate or placard may park there. The Township will also establish handicapped parking spaces adjacent to the other two addresses. Such parking stalls are permissible under the laws of New Jersey, and they are designated as Restricted Parking Zones. Ordinances on First Reading a. 2912-25 An Ordinance Amending Chapter 11, Section 3.4 Of The Revised General Ordinances Of The Township Of West Orange (License Fees; Maximum Number) (Legal-Moon) The purpose of this ordinance is to revise the municipal code setting for the license fees for liquor licenses issued by the Township of West Orange.
