The submission deadline is October 8, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. and they will be publicly opened and read at that time in the Council Chambers on the same day. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. It is to be understood by the bidder that this bid is submitted on the basis of specifications prepared by the Township of West Orange and the fact that any bidder is not familiar with these specifications or conditions will not be accepted as an excuse. 10. ll. Each bid must be signed in ink or bail pen by the person authorized to-do so: Bidders must use the proposal form furnished by the Township of West Orange when submitting their bid, if applicable.
