In CY 2024, West Orange had 2 tuberculosis cases, 14 contacts, and 22 immigrants and refugees requiring tuberculosis medical evaluation. 3. In FY 2024, we serviced West Orange residents through 25 clinical visits. 4. 280-25 December 9, 2025 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COLLECTOR OF TAXES TO REFUND PAYMENT TO THE ATTORNEY OF THE LISTED TAXPAYER DUE TO AN OVERPAYMENT OF TAXES DUE TO A COUNTY BOARD JUDGMENT WHEREAS, certain West Orange property owner has filed a successful County Board Judgment for year 2025. 281-25 December 9, 2025 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COLLECTOR OF TAXES TO REFUND PAYMENT TO THE LISTED TAXPAYER DUE TO VETERAN EXEMPTION WHEREAS, the Assessor has granted a 100% Veteran Disabled exemption to parcels listed below and a letter of eligibility from the Veteran’s Administration is on file in the Assessor’s office showing the effective date of exemption. 284-25 December 9, 2025 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE COLLECTOR OF TAXES TO REFUND PAYMENT TO THE LISTED TAXPAYER DUE TO AN OVERPAYMENT OF FOURTH QUARTER TAX PAYMENT WHEREAS, certain West Orange property owners made an estimated fourth quarter tax payment, once the rate was certified and the billing process completed the payment was more than the billed amount resulting in an overpayment for the 2025 fourth quarter taxes WHEREAS, the Tax Collector of the Township of West Orange has indicated that such Taxpayers are entitled to refunds to the extent of such overpayments. 286-25 December 9, 2025 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT FOR GRANT FUNDING FROM THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (USDOT) FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA) FOR SAFE STREETS AND ROADS FOR ALL (SS4A) GRANT PROGRAM WHEREAS, the Township has received notification of award for grant funding from the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) Federal Highway Administration Safe (FHWA) Streets and Roads for All Grant Program (SS4A) for FY 2024 for West Orange Supplemental Planning in the amount of $450,000.00 of which $112,500.00 is a required contribution of matching funds; and WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange is responsible for administering federal-aid funded projects in compliance with all federal-aid requirements established by the USDOT and FHWA; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Township of West Orange, County of Essex, State of New Jersey, that the Township of West Orange does hereby accept the Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant Program (SS4A) funding as follows: SS4A Grant Amount: $450,000.00 Other Federal Funding: $0.00 Township Matching Funds: $112,500.00 Total: $562,500.00 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the persons whose names, titles, and signatures appear below or their successors in said titles are authorized to sign the agreement, and any other documents necessary in connection therewith: Karen J.
