BOSWELL Fort Lee Main Street Streetscape Borough of Fort Lee, New Jersey (Bergen County) Main Street Streetsca: Borough of Fort Lee, New] CLIENT The Borough of Fort Lee engaged Boswell to provide Design, Permitting, and Borough of Fort Lee Construction Management and Inspection services to the Main Street Streetscape project. 309 Main Street This project is located in the Borough's central business district, along Main Street from Fort Lee, NJ 07024 the intersection of Lemoine Avenue to Center Avenue ~ a distance of approximately 1.25 miles. The scope of the $9 million project included concrete curbing, patterned concrete / CONTACT brick pavers sidewalk, installation of decorative street lighting with new conduits and Alfred Restaino wiring, and installation of decorative street signage and sign posts. Endurablend high Administrator friction surface treatments were applied in 19 crosswalk locations. The project also 201.592.3500 consisted of the reconstruction and improvement of the existing drainage system, installation of a 5,000 LF 10-inch ductile iron pipe sanitary force main, new traffic signals, ae cOosT asphalt milling and paving, and tree planting and landscaping. 9 million COMPLETION DATE 2022 DISCIPLINES INCLUDED Design Permitting Construction Management Construction Inspection

Boswell, with more than 44 years of experience in the civil, municipal and environmental engineering, presently serves as Boswell's President and Chief Executive Officer. As the President and CEO of Boswell Engineering, Kevin directs all phases of the business. As a recognized expert in his field, Mr. Boswell has served as an expert witness for numerous public and private entities in litigation, arbitration and mediation proceedings. Under his leadership, Boswell continues to play a significant role in the future for federal, state, and local governmental agencies as well as private sector clients and utility companies. His civil and environmental expertise includes an extensive working knowledge of site development, roadway design, water and wastewater systems, as well as treatment and pumping facilities. Mr. Boswell has served as the project leader on a wide array of site development projects in the private sector serving residential, commercial and industrial real estate. His projects involve environmental permitting, as well as testimony before numerous Municipal, County, State and Federal agencies. Mr. Boswell also serves as an engineering consultant to numerous public sector clients. He presently serves as the appointed Municipal Engineer or Special Projects Engineer in more than 40 northern New Jersey communities. He is also the officer in-charge for numerous projects in the Counties of Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic and Sussex. Mr. Boswell's expertise includes all aspects of securing projects with complex funding requirements. These funding sources include the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank (NJIB), New Jersey Office of Green Acres, HUD, NJDOT, FHWA, NJDEP and US EPA. Furthermore, Mr. Boswell also has an

Mr. Hughes led the team that inspected the Smoke Control system, which is perhaps the largest and most complex in the City.
