BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Township Council approves this Change Order based on the statements and representations of the Township Engineer that quantities for several major items of work on Franklin Avenue and in particular the section of Franklin Avenue between Chestnut and the Montclair line were significantly underestimated and that this Change Order with the restated quantities enables the Township and its contractor to complete the project and in particular Franklin Avenue as described in the bid documents.
