Mr. Keller asked Mr. McPeek if additional shrubs can be planted around the existing trees; Mr. McPesk said that he will take a look at that. Mr. McPeek stated that a tree protection fence will also be placed around the tree roots. Chairman Neuer noted that the time was 11:00 pm and stated that this Board recesses at this time. He announced that this meeting will be carried over to January 10, 2013 as a special meeting and that no further notice will be necessary.
