An engineer’s estimate is to be provided for all site improvements for the purpose of establishing an engineering inspection escrow during construction in accordance with the MLUL. The engineer’s estimate is to be submitted to the Board Engineer for review and approval. A pre-construction meeting is to be scheduled prior to the start of construction with the Township Engineer and Board Engineer. All notes included in the approved plans, including notes required by this Resolution, shall be deemed conditions of approval having the same force and effect as conditions expressly set forth in this Resolution.
