5 Resolution Authorizing a Right of Way Agreement with Fibertech Technologies Networks, LLC, 300 Meridian Centre, Rochester, New York to Install High Performance Fiber Optic Communication Cables on Certain Public Right-Of-Ways within the Municipality Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilman Guarino, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman McCartney and Councilwoman Spango voting “Aye”. Council President Cirilo abstained on the above. Resolution #204-12 Resolution Authorizing Approval to Submit a Grant Application and Execute a Grant Contract with the NJ Department of Transportation for the Improvements to Various Streets Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Resolution #205-12 Resolution Authorizing an Award of Contract with Packetalk, LLC to Implement a Wireless Security Camera Public Safety Program in the Township, 471 Valley Brook Avenue, Lyndhurst, NJ in the Amount of $207,830.00 Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilman Guarino, Councilwoman McCartney, Councilwoman Spango and Council President Cirilo voting “Aye”. Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay”. Resolution #208-12 Resolution to Extend the KYYS Option Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted.
