Resolution #16-13 Resolution Authorizing an Agreement with Bourne, Noll & Kenyan, Summit, NJ for Non-Commercial Real Estate Tax Appeal Services for a Flat Fee of $2,750 Per Month for One (1) Year Totaling $33,000 Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Resolution #18-13 Resolution Authorizing a Professional Services Contract for the Re-Construction of the Wading Pool Ginny Duenkel Pool/Colgate Field Deputy Director William Kehoe, Department of Recreation, commented on the above resolution and responded to questions from Council.
