4 On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on May 21, 2013. Ordinance #2376-13 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SPECIAL EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:4-53 for SEVERANCE LIABILITIES RESULTING FROM ACCRUED LEAVE IN CONNECTION WITH THE LAYOFF OR RETIREMENT OF EMPLOYEE was introduced and passed on first reading. On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on May 21, 2013. Resolution #85-13 Resolution Authorizing an Additional Appropriation of $94,000 for Professional Construction Phase Services Associated with the Mayfair District Storm Sewer Improvements, Contract No. 3B, provided by PS&S, 67B Mountain Boulevard Extension, PO Box 4039, Warren, NJ 07059, in accordance with amended proposal dated April 12, 2013 (tabled at April 23, 2013 meeting) Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #93-13 Resolution Authorizing the Retention of Alan S. Tilles, Esq. of Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker P.A. as the Township’s Special Counsel at a Rate of $450 per hour, NTE $5,000 in Order to Retain Ownership of the Township’s Emergency Radio Frequencies Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was adopted.
