Resolution #178-13 Resolution Awarding a Contract for Employee Prescription Drug Insurance with Benecard Services, Inc. Effective November 1, 2013 – October 31, 2014 Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above mentioned resolution was adopted.
